To send an e-mail, use the appropriate e-mail address provided by these web site. Type your message and send. If you want to send the same message to others, copy the text of your message, click on the required e-mail addresses and paste the message to each e-mail form. Addressees are more likely to read your messages if they are addressed individually instead of being listed as bcc:s.

Deschutes County	Use the links in the top-left corner of the screen for County Commissioners, Boards, etc.
City of Bend	Click here for City Council Members. Choose other options from the bar in the upper-half of the screen on the web site's home page.
City of Redmond	Click here for the City Council. This page has links for the mayor and each council member where their phone numbers are listed. Use the contact link in the top-right area of the home page for electronic contact.
City of Sisters	Click here for City Council Members or use the link on the left side of the web site's home page. E-mail and phone information is listed on the council members' page.
Bend-La Pine School District	From the "District" menu choose "School Board" or other as desired.
Redmond School District	Move your cursor over "Our District" and choose your option from the drop-down menu for the board, superintendent or other.
Sisters School District	Links are provided on the left of the home page for the school board and other offices.
